Our coaching sessions are conducted via phone or zoom. Your coach will reach out to you directly via the email you provided in the contact form. You must confirm your appointment in written form, please confirm with a coach immediately to secure your day and time. Please give your coach at least 48 hours to reschedule your session with another warrior if you need to change your appointment time.
Each time slot is an opportunity for a Special Operations warrior or warrior spouse to heal. We take your healing seriously and we take our coaches' time seriously. Any appointments missed without a cancellation notice will not be rescheduled.
Make sure you’re qualified. This means you are Special Operations active duty, Special Operations veteran, or Special Operations spouse/significant other.
